RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we sincerely apologise if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, let us do right by you through a 1-to-1 exchange if:
- Your items are in their original packaging with product tags intact;
- Your items are unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition; and
- Original receipts are included.
If none of the above conditions are met, we unfortunately cannot process any claims for exchanges even if the items have been mailed back to us. We are also unable to refund any product sold on ShopJJ, and we only accept 1-to-1 exchanges.
Validity for Exchange
You may exchange your item within 10 days from the date you received your order. You may exchange your item for the same item, or for another item of equal or lower value from the same ShopJJ Merchant.
Final sale items, including promotional items or items purchased using coupons, are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
To exchange your item(s), please send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for your request.
We will review your request and will send you a case number and Exchange Form once authorized. This Exchange Form will contain the shipping address to send your item for exchange.
Please ensure to include your original order number and case number on the Exchange Form, otherwise there may be delays in processing your return.
Once we receive your item, it will be processed within 10 business days and we will notify you via email once it has been processed.
Shipping Fees for Exchange
You will have to bear the shipping cost (and other miscellaneous fees) when you send your item to back to us for exchange. We will bear the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Return packages are the customer’s responsibility until we receive them. We recommend that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package to us.
Purchases under BuyForMe™ are final. They cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged in any circumstance.
You may only cancel a BuyForMe™ order while the order is being processed, or before 24 hours, whichever comes first. Because BuyForMe™ orders are made with third parties, no cancellations are possible after this grace period.
Our shipping rates are some of the lowest in the world. If you are not agreeable to the shipping fees quoted, you may make your own arrangements to have the item delivered to you. We are unable to refund the order because of shipping.
On top of the above, our usual Shipping & Delivery terms and general terms & conditions apply for all BuyForMe™ orders. The terms here apply only towards items bought under the ShopJJ BuyForMe™ service, and apply notwithstanding all other terms and conditions.
